Münir Özkök, Chairman of the Board at Mar Yapı, pioneer of projects in Güneşli Basın Ekspres Yolu, stated that Güneşli's central business district qualification will be established further through third bridge and third airport projects. Özkök noted that Basın Ekspres Yolu connecting E-5 and TEM highway, the most important transport routes of Istanbul, will become even more significant as an intersection. Özkök said, "Basın Ekspres Yolu has tripled its value in last three years. Within a 10-minute distance to Atatürk Airport, Basın Ekspres Yolu will grow further with the subway connection."

Emphasizing that G-Yoo Inspired by Starch is their second residence project under construction in the region, Özkök noted that Güneşli will have a brand new look with this project realized in collaboration with Phillippe Starck, an international designer noted for his triangular creations. Özkök also said that G-Rotana to be managed by Rotana, an international hotel brand, is under construction and continued: "Investors recognize the investment value of Basın Ekspres Yolu and third airport and third bridge's access roads leading to Güneşli prove them right. Another mixed project of Mar Yapı consisting of residences, stores and a hotel was designed as a 30-floor triangular tower located on Basın Ekspres Yolu. With its award-winning (2013 MIPIM Future Project Awards) architectural design by Suyabatmaz Demirel Architects, the project is constructed on a land of 7,000 m2.
